a. No real “dream vacation”. There are certain sporting events that I would really
enjoy going to or maybe visiting certain historical sights.

a. Ask questions! I think understanding “the why” can be really motivating and help
create a better understanding of training, overall health, and achieving goals

a. Discipline is going to sometimes have to be the reason for working out and not
motivation. Motivation can wax and wane, but discipline will help you get through
the times where there is no motivation

a. On days when I’m struggling to find the motivation to exercise: I’ve never
regretted exercising, I’ve only ever regretted not exercising.
Kolby Semrow
1. What is your go-to breakfast?
a. Chicken shake. 1 fully cooked chicken breast, handful of kale/spinach, tiny bit of
olive oil, half cup of rice/oats, optional spoonful of peanut butter. Blend to
perfection. Slam it, do not enjoy

a. Deadlift. Close second is the reverse hyper

a. A couple classics: Motivation doesn’t last. Become disciplined.

a. Love the banded dumbbell squats currently, very helpful with some knee pain I
have been dealing with

a. I feel very fortunate to be able to help out with some of the behind-the-scenes
functions at BBCT as well as devoting time to taking care of our family. I wouldn’t
change a thing!

a. I feel like I have been everywhere I would want to go but I would love to get back

a. Eat breakfast. "I'm not hungry in the morning", "I don't have time", "I've never
been a breakfast eater" are not excuses. Your body needs it and will thank you
for it. Brain health, weight loss, lean muscle gain, "toning", mood and happiness,
cravings, will all benefit from a healthy breakfast. A shake, smoothie,
cereal/processed carbs do not count. Give your body a protein and healthy fat in
the morning to see the results you are looking for.

a. I got a concussion in a basketball game and spent 6 months in physical therapy
& 3 months in speech therapy because of it. It also ended my career.

a. Stay at home dog mom. Or if I was 6 inches taller, I’d be overseas playing

a. Don’t give up and don’t compare yourself. We’re all on our own fitness journey
