What To Expect From Our Online Training Programs
When you sign up for an online personal training program from Body by Choice, you’ll get access to safe, logical and progressive 12 Week workout programs.
48 Specific workouts will be provided, with each phase to be completed in 3 weeks with 4 training phases to complete over the course of the 12-week training cycle.

- 12 Weeks of Educational Content (exercise, nutrition, supplementation)
- Training Sessions Programed with Specific Sets, Reps, Tempo, Rest & Exercise Selection.

Choose your level for each online training program!
Beginner: You have a background of strength training, but have not been introduced to Compound Lifts, Eccentric, Isometric and Speed Strength Methods.
Intermediate: You have a minimum of 1 year of implementing Compound Lifts, Eccentric, Isometric and Speed Strength Methods.
Advanced: You have a minimum of 3+ years of implementing Compound Lifts, Eccentric, Isometric and Speed Strength Methods.
Limitations: You have serious limitations to work around, and will need more support than using pre-written training program. Minor limitations may do just fine with the beginning level programs.
*Difficulty rating was factored by exercise selection and intensity of the repetition chosen.
*Please note that our programs require an equipped gym. Our conditioning is composed of prowler and sled exercises. These can be replaced with using the same work : rest ratio using a different exercise.
