We are excited to bring our flagship online training to everyone! We will focus on improving strength, increasing muscle and enhancing performance. It will not be “easy” training, you must be dedicated to your results and have the desire to bring out the best version of yourself.
The goal is to always be getting stronger week after week, month after month and year after the year without incurring injury. In order for this to happen we must be strong at all angles utilizing periodization strategies.
Our recent partnership with Train Heroic creates an enhanced online training experience. There are strength in numbers! The tools and analytics within the Digital Training App allows us to coach you virtually, almost like we are right by your side counting every rep.
