GROUP PROGRAM DESIGN OVERVIEW:

We are excited to bring our group online programming to everyone with our Online Flagship  Training! We will focus on improving strength, increasing muscle and enhancing performance. It will not be “easy” training, you must be dedicated to your results and have the desire to bring out the best version of yourself.

The goal is to always be getting stronger week after week, month after month and year after the year without incurring injury. In order for this to happen we must be strong at all angles! This is represented by the elite eight lifts: Overhead Press, Chin up, Incline Press, Flat Press, Dip, Front Squat, Back Squat and Deadlift.

Our recent partnership with Train Heroic creates an enhanced online training experience. There are strength in numbers! The tools within the advanced app allows for competition among the trainees and provides the coach with detailed data to pinpoint imbalances between the elite eight lifts. Imbalances create pain, injury and reduce performance!

PROGRAM LENGTH:

Each phase will last 12 weeks having an emphasis on improving the elite eight lifts. The group program is tailored to teach long term program design strategies.

  • Gym Accessibility
  • No serious injuries/limitation
  • 1+ years of resistance training
  • Intermediate to Advanced
  • Motivated
