How to enjoy the holidays and why you should eat what you want
1.Eating anything you want should NOT derail you from your goals.

2. Sometimes we need to veer off the path to WANT to get back on.
Oftentimes eating foods you don’t normally eat can be a good reminder of why you cut them out in the first place.
3. Food is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
Whether you are serving at a local soup kitchen, food bank, or around your family table sharing a meal with others can bring you great joy.
4. Enjoying doesn’t mean over indulging.
You can enjoy foods you don’t typically eat without overdoing it. Choose wisely, dish a portion, sit down and eat mindfully.
