Kayla graduated from a medical massage school in Bend, OR. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2008 and cupping therapy since 2012. She is passionate about helping people reach their goals and continuing to do the things they love. Her treatment style is customized to client needs and her techniques include a mixture of layering deep tissue, swedish, myofacial, gua sha, Thai, and cupping. She specializes in cupping therapy for lymphatic stagnation, inflammation drainage, recovery from workouts and surgeries, post natal recovery, facsial adhesions, decreasing scar tissue, and deep muscle adhesions.

When she's not in the office, you can find her in her garden, paddle boarding on the lake, playing pickleball, hiking, or making floral simple syrups for her coffee.
