My passion for fitness started with wanting to gain confidence and build muscle, but over time it became much bigger than that. Fitness taught me discipline, consistency, and how much improving your health can positively impact every area of life.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Science student at Grand Valley State University, I’m passionate about helping people of all fitness levels become stronger, healthier, and more confident. I believe everyone is capable of improving their quality of life both inside and outside of the gym with the right guidance and support.

I pride myself on creating a positive environment where clients feel comfortable, challenged, and motivated to grow.

Outside of the gym, I enjoy biking, camping, traveling, and spending time with my fiancé.
