How do my sessions work?
You will have 4 months to use up the sessions you have purchased.
We will work with you at your initial consultation to determine the best schedule for you, and can be flexible with days and times to meet with your personal trainer, workout and get all the perks of one-on-one training!
When can I workout?
Schedule your training sessions anytime from 6am – 8pm Monday – Friday.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, you must have an appointment to enter the building.
We also offer additional workout times on Saturdays, by appointment only.
