3 Ingredient Hawaiian Pulled Pork

- 3-4 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 fresh Pineapple, cubed
- 2 tbsp Grated Ginger (or ½ t dry)
- Put pork in a crock pot.
- Dump the pineapple on top with all the liquid, too.
- Add the ginger.
- Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
